About Survival in Motion
Most preppers have in mind certain, more likely disasters for which to prepare, like hurricanes along the Gulf coast, wildfires on remote parts of southern California, or hard freezes in the northern parts of the United States. Understandably, if certain disasters repeatedly appear in certain locations, a good prepper will store food, weapons and gear so that the prepper and his or her loved ones can survive the disasters most common to the area.
The name “Survival In Motion” connotes change in one’s approach to surviving. The philosophy promoted on this website is that while it is advisable to prepare for the more likely or predictable disasters, the prepper should stay open and flexible to other disasters and prepare for them too. Conduct your preps “in motion,” depending on what other disasters present themselves, so that you can survive.
Those other disasters range from the end of the world, to a minor set-back, and everything in between. All over the scale of severity.
This entails a lot of learning and exposure to other disasters for which we need to prepare.
As we say: "Learn, Adapt, Prepare, Survive"
